A crack measurement portion is provided to measure crack change of a concrete by a scale display portion coated with fluorescent materials without a light. A crack measurement device includes a measuring portion(20) and a scale display portion. The scale display portion is installed at the measuring portion, and is colored by fluorescent materials. The scale display portion emits predetermined light by the fluorescent materials. The fluorescent materials are colored every display scale so that light is emitted in the dark. Although a measuring portion is positioned in the dark, the scale display portion coated with the fluorescent materials emit light so that measuring persons exactly measures crack width through the scale display portion. The scale display portion defines a printing surface on which ink is deposited. The scale display portion includes a plurality of scale display portions(22a,22b,22c).
