A teeth straightening device and a method thereof are provided to correct the teeth and the shape of the face by displacing the upper and lower jaws and re-aligning a set of teeth. The teeth straightening device(100,200,210,300) includes a support unit supported to the teeth; a tension unit for applying tension to the support unit; and a fixing unit coming into contact with the inside of the oral cavity and the teeth to support the tension unit and the support unit. The support unit comes into contact with a portion or the whole of the teeth. The support unit is formed in the shape suitably adapted to the teeth. Tension of the tension unit is generated by materials with proper elasticity such as rubber or a spring, oil and water pressure, or air pressure.
