A portable phone including a function for starting a vehicle in a remote place is provided to add a remote vehicle starting function to the portable terminal, thereby enabling a user to feel convenient. A portable phone including a function for starting a vehicle in a remote place has a two-stage structure such that a signal having a frequency band of 800MHz used for the portable phone and a signal having a frequency band of 400MHz used for a remote starting device are transmitted/received. A high-frequency signal in a frequency band of 800MHz is transmitted/received in an introduction state. A high-frequency signal in a frequency band of 400MHz is transmitted/received in a withdrawal state.
