Method for development of deposit of hydrocarbons in which one affects the field with technical means providing obtaining information on geological-physical characteristics of deposit and fluids saturating it, one builds three dimensional geological-technological model of deposit, each its cell is characterized with values of geological-physical indicators of deposit and fluids, with calculation of number of designed wells, one drills designed wells in deposit in places corresponding to ones chosen at geological-technological model.
