A method for excretion of cesium from animal organism includes changing in the acid-alkali state of the blood of the latters. In addition, to bring animals (rats) poisoned by cesium into the state of metabolic acidosis they are administered per os chloride acid in a rate of 4 mg/100 g of live weight as a 20% aqueous solution in the course of 20 days with control of the level of content of the heavy metal.
