摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce an exhaust amount of a combustion exhaust gas and to enable lowering of a harmful gas concentration in the exhaust gas and reducing of loss on ignition of a combustion residue in a stoker type refuse incinerator. SOLUTION: A method for oxygen-enriched burning in the stoker type refuse incinerator comprises the steps of burning a refuse or the like by the refuse incinerator in a state in which a total combustion air ratio is set to 1.3 to 1.4, supplying a combustion gas drawn from an upper space of an afterburning stoker to a lower space of a secondary combustion chamber, forming an agitating, mixing and reducing area of a main combustion gas between the primary combustion chamber and the secondary combustion chamber by a recirculation of the combustion gas, and further regulating an oxygen concentration of the primary combustion air supplied to the afterburning stoker to 24 to 26% so that the oxygen concentration of the recirculated combustion gas becomes 15 to 18%.
