The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method of plastic reconstruction of transverse sinus with transplant from small saphena formed in the upper part of shinbone section which is coincide with shape and sizes of middle section of the sinus. The connection is realized by three ligature forceps with sequential underruning of front and back ends and alternate knotting of one of sutures of each forceps.
