ELECTRON EMISSION DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

An electron emission display device is provided to lower possibility of arc discharge by adjusting positions of focusing electrodes and positions of anode electrodes. A first and second substrates(10,12) are arranged opposite to each other in order to form a vacuum vessel. A plurality of electron emission units(20) are formed on the first substrate. A plurality of driving electrodes are provided on the first substrate in order to control emission of electrons from the electron emission units. A plurality of focusing electrodes(24) are isolated from the driving electrodes and are separated at an arbitrary interval from each other. A resistive layer(26) is formed to connect electrically the focusing electrodes to each other. A light emitting unit is positioned on one surface of the second substrate.
