A mineral fiber and aggregate reinforced metal product is provided to reduce the weight and to secure firmness by mixing mineral aggregates such as aluminium oxide fiber, carbon fiber, rockwool, glass fiber, mica, or the other mineral aggregate in melting metal, and heat-pressing the mineral aggregate between plates during a second processing step or cold-pressing the mineral aggregate by an adhesive agent. In the mineral fiber and aggregate reinforced metal product, aggregate or at least one mineral fiber selected from a group comprising aluminium oxide fiber, carbon fiber, rockwool, glass fiber, and mica is mixed and melted together with metal material. The mineral fiber or aggregate is spread and pressed between metal plates in secondly processing the metal material or bonded.
