A space saving type image printing device is provided to reduce the size of a longitudinal direction of an image printing device by discharging a recording medium to a position except for a front surface unit of the image printing device. A space saving type image printing device includes a paper feeder(210), a conveyor, a print head, a guide frame(240), and a paper discharge unit. The paper feeder supplies a recording medium. The conveyor conveys the recording medium from the paper feeder in a print direction or a reverse direction thereof. The print head forms image on the recording medium. The guide frame guides the recording medium so that a front end of the recording medium is bent at a predetermined angle when the recording medium is conveyed to an inside of a drive through the print head. The paper discharge unit discharges the recording medium images of which are finished.
