A waterproofing terminal of a distribution transformer is provided to prevent an electric leakage or an electric shock by preventing a low voltage terminal and a bus bar connected to the low voltage terminal from being exposed. A waterproofing terminal of a distribution transformer includes a casing(20), a bushing(30), a bus bar(50), and an insulation device(60). The bushing(30) is coupled to a low voltage terminal of the casing(20) of the transformer with a bracket(40), a bolt(41), and a nut(42). The bus bar(50) is connected to the bushing(30) to be connected to a plurality of low voltage cables(70). The insulation device(60) is molded to the bus bar(50) for insulating the bus bar(50).
