The whole method is based on the principle of the conservation of the properties of the stem cells by daughter cells. More precisely, the metastatic cells of prostate conserve the 5-alpha reductase, which is an enzyme absolutely indispensable for their nutrition since testosterone is transmuted with the help of said enzyme (5-alpha reductase). Marked with this property, the alpha-reductase enzyme will be bound to all metastatic cells of the body (recognition) while synchronically cartographyingboth mother region and local metastatic filtering; in parallel, it will cartography all androgenic receptors along with their extension, what is a useful knowledge informing about the androgenodependance or not of the tumour (mother/metastatic tumour). A novel use of the dutasteride is also disclosed. Finally, the technical field of the invention relates to the novel use of a marketed substance destined for 1) the preparation of standardized complex forms of radio imaging substances and 2) the use of said substance as a carrier of all known medicines where the obligatory bounding of the substance to tissues allows the complete targeted freezing of the dynamic load of the chemotherapeutic medicines. |
