发明名称 METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUS DISPLAY OF TARGET PROTEIN AND COFACTOR REGENERATING ENZYME ON CELL SURFACE
摘要 <p>A method for simultaneously displaying a target protein and a cofactor-regenerating enzyme on the cell surface is provided to improve economical efficiency of the bioconversion by continuously performing the bioconversion without addition of expensive cofactor in large quantities, and screen useful proteins by expressing foreign proteins having normal function on the cell surface. The method for simultaneously displaying a target protein and a cofactor-regenerating enzyme on the cell surface comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a recombinant vector for regenerating the cofactor containing a conjugated DNA of a gene encoding the cofactor-regenerating enzyme and a gene encoding the cell surface anchoring motif; (b) preparing a recombinant vector for expressing the target protein containing a conjugated DNA of a gene encoding the target protein and a gene encoding the cell surface anchoring motif; (c) transforming a host cell with the recombinant vector for cofactor regeneration and the recombinant vector for target protein expression; and (d) culturing the transformed cell, wherein the cell surface anchoring motif is outer membrane protein, spore protein, lipoprotein, autotransporter or S-layer of surface appendage.</p>
