An oil supply device for a linear compressor is provided to prevent oil springs from being out of line, horizontally maintain the oil springs in axial direction, and to prevent a mass member from being abraded by an oil cylinder by respectively inserting an oil spring into each fixing guide protrusion. An oil supply device for a linear compressor comprises a main body frame(53), an oil supply flow path(62), an oil cylinder(72), an oil supply valve assembly(80), a mass member(74) and a guide unit. The main body frame fixes a cylinder and a linear motor. The oil supply flow path is communicated with the oil supply flow path between a cylinder(52) and a piston. The oil cylinder is formed on one surface of the main body frame so as to be communicated with the oil supply flow path. The oil supply valve assembly is installed on the other surface of the main body frame so as to be communicated with the oil supply flow path. The mass member has both ends elastically supported by a pair of oil springs(76a, 76b), and is installed inside the oil cylinder so as to be linearly reciprocated. The guide unit elastically supports the oil springs between both ends of the mass member, a final end of the oil cylinder, and the oil supply valve assembly in direction opposite to it.
