An apparatus for bending an air filter is provided to easily perform a bending process of a filter film, and reduce the error rate of the filter film, by controlling the interval between bending grooves formed on the filter film so as to automatically bend the filter film. A filter film winds around a loading roller(100). A stretching roller(200) guides the filter film unwinding from the loading roller. A press bending roller unit(300) includes a transfer roller and a press roller. The transfer roller has a driven transfer roller and a driving transfer roller. The press roller is installed adjacently to the transfer roller. The transfer roller transfers the filter film passing through the stretching roller. A hot melt coating unit(400) forms a plurality of hot melt lines on a surface of the filter film, on which bending grooves are formed by the press bending roller unit, along a progress direction of the filter film. A drier(500) has an air blower and a heat source, wherein the drier dries the hot melt lines formed on the surface of the filter film. A drawing roller(600) transfers the dried filter film at a uniform speed. A bend forming unit(700) includes a conveyer having a transfer speed slower than a rotation speed of the drawing roller, and a guide part installed above the conveyer. The bend forming unit bends the filter film drawn out from the drawing roller in a zigzag type along the bending grooves formed on the surface of the filter film.
