A street lamp is provided to enable a worker to perform maintenance and management of the street lamp without causing downtown traffic jam through a minimum number of workers, by improving the structure of the street lamp. A fixing column(110) is installed by being fixed to a ground vertically. A rotation column(120) comprises a lamp at one end. A connection member(130) connects the fixing column and the rotation column. A hinge tool(150) connects the connection member and the rotation member in order to rotate the rotation column along a vertical direction to the ground. A cylindrical cam unit(140) connects the connection member and the fixing column in order for the rotation column to rotate along a horizontal direction as to the ground and to be lifted up and down vertically to the ground. A winch tool(160) rotates the rotation column around a hinge point of the hinge tool. |
