The system has an additional bit channel connecting unit (11) connecting an additional bit channel with information data. A cyclic redundancy check (CRC) calculating unit (12) generates a CRC code corresponding to remaining data in a polynomial ring on a modulo defined Galios field. A transmitting unit (13) transmits the data connected to the code, to a receiving unit (21). An additional bit channel adding unit (22) adds the received data and the channel in the ring. A CRC control unit (23) determines the remaining data obtained by the adding unit, in the ring based on a polynomial generator.
