FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes vodka containing the following components per 1000 dal of the ready product: sugar syrup of concentration 65.8%, 20.0-21.5 l; wheat grains alcoholized infusion of the first decantation, 3.0-4.5 l; wheat yeast-free small loaf alcoholized infusion of the first decantation, 3.0-4.5 l; wheat malt alcoholized infusion with addition of glycerol, 5499.5-5500.5 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, up to strength 40%. Proposed invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product based on using glycerol, decreasing its toxicity by 10% based on used malt and wheat containing biologically active substances and vitamins. By all physical-chemical indices the proposed vodka satisfies requirements for vodkas prepared with using ethyl alcohol "Luks" and its tasting score is 9.62%. Vodka shows mild, harmonic taste, specific vodka aroma and after tasting with barely detected walnut tint. ^ EFFECT: valuable properties of vodka. ^ 3 ex |
