СПОСОБ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ОСЛОЖНЕННОГО РАКА ПРАВОЙ ПОЛОВИНЫ ОБОДОЧНОЙ КИШКИ

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, in particular to surgery and may be used in treatment of patients with complicated tumors of the right half of segmented intestine. Affected part of the right half of the segmented intestine is removed. The stump of the crosswise segmented intestine is covered with double-row suture. Cupula of the ileum is drawn to the anterior abdominal wall in the form of single-barrel ileostomy. Anastomotic sites are prepared on the small intestine close to the ileostomy at a distance of 5-7 cm from the end of the sutures stump of the crosswise segmented intestine liberating it from fatty tissues. Sites of both intestines are fixed in strictly transverse direction with seromuscular sutures. Micro incisions are made on small intestine and colon; the latter are sutured with ligature-sutures. Cooled nickelid - titanium device of a "clip" type is introduced with dilated ends into anastomotic openings of the small intestine and of the colon in strictly transverse direction. Wound from introduction of bridles is sutured. Invagination zones are strengthened with seromuscular sutures. During recuperation of passibility of the created anastomosis ileostomy is closed. ^ EFFECT: method ensures improved functional outcome preventing postoperative complications such as failure of the created anastomosis and remodeling of the resected ileocecal part. ^ 1 ex, 5 dwg
