FIELD: ironmongery, particularly locking means adapted to lock and seal modules with different loads and transportation means (railroad cars, containers, tanks and so on). ^ SUBSTANCE: locking-and-sealing device comprises hollow body with rod-receiving orifice. Rod comprises locking head and annular grooves made in cylindrical part thereof. Device also has resilient stop member arranged in the body and cooperating with annular grooves. Device additionally comprises rope having two ends pressed with bushes and connection plate with through orifices. Rope ends pass through plate orifices.
