A negative pressure suction-type haemorrhoidal treatment device, comprises a negative pressure suction head, a negative pressure generator a trigger (21) and a connecting tube connecting the negative pressure suction head and the negative pressure generator. The negative pressure suction head comprises an internal sheath (1) and an external sheath (2) containing the internal sheath (1) and moving axially along the internal sheath (1); the connecting tube comprises an internal barrel (3) and an external barrel (4) containing the internal barrel (3) and moving axially along the internal barrel (3); the negative pressure generator comprises a piston cylinder (33), a piston (31) enclosing the piston cylinder (33) and moving axially in the piston cylinder (33), and a drawbar (22); one end of the drawbar (22) is disposed on the piston (31), and the other end of the drawbar (22) extends outward from the piston cylinder (33) and is connected with the trigger (21); one end of the internal barrel (3) is connected with the internal sheath (1), the other end of internal barrel (3) is connected with and in communication with the inside of the piston cylinder (33); one end of the external barrel (4) is connected with the external sheath (2), the other end of the external barrel (4) is provided with and connected with a spring block (43) and its back portion is adjacent to the top end of the trigger (21).
