PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending device with a flange-dimension measuring device, which improves measuring efficiency by shortening the measuring time and by calculating a butting-position correcting value, which decreases the setting time of the measuring device by using a conventional device, and which expands the range of measuring objects by making a work, whose bending angle is not only 90 degrees but acute or obtuse, as a measuring object. SOLUTION: Product information including allowance values of flange dimensions is input; the attitude state of a work W, whose positioning is determined, is detected and processed as an image, and the flange dimensions of the work W which is once bent are calculated based on the attitude state of the work W, which is detected and processed. When the calculated flange dimensions are not within the allowance values, correction values of butting positions 10, 11 are calculated based on the difference between the calculated flange dimensions and the allowance values.
