PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna system with a healing environment which enables a user to be mentally relaxed and also to meditate healed without receiving no influence from radiation, by effects of far-intrared rays and negative ions when heating and humidifying are not performed, and the user to improve his/her physical conditions, by facilitating blood flow to enhance metabolism through effects of increased far-infrared rays and negative ions by performing the heating and humidifying, and also to take a partial bathing. SOLUTION: An inner wall A of a sauna system 1 is constituted of a member covered with a negative ion emitting far-infrared ray radiation source material 15 that is triturated to one micron or less and emits far-infrared rays and negative ions; a bench 9 on which a user can sit; a heating device 16 which maintains the temperature at around 40°C in the sauna system 1; and a humidifying device 17 which maintains the humidity at around 60% in the sauna system 1.
