<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embed a fiber material in a work comprising a thermoplastic resin. <P>SOLUTION: Reinforcing, repairing or shaping work due to post-processing is applied to the work comprising a thermoplastic resin by embedding the fiber material 8 in the work by pushing the fiber material 8, of which the heat-resistant temperature is higher than that of the work 7, in the work 7 by the leading end of an ultrasonic horn 3b while melting the surface of the work 7 by bringing a protrusion 5b of the leading end of the ultrasonic horn 3b into contact with the surface of the work 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
