<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-ion secondary battery with excellent output characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium-ion secondary battery is provided with an electrode plate group comprising a cathode including a cathode collector and a cathode mixture layer formed on it, an anode having an anode collector and an anode active material layer formed on it, and a separator arranged between the cathode and the anode, a battery case storing the electrode plate group, and nonaqueous electrolyte solution containing a nonaqueous solvent and lithium salt dissolved in the solvent. The cathode mixture layer contains a cathode active material and a conductive agent, which latter occupies 7 wt.% to 13 wt.% of the cathode mixture layer. A porosity of the cathode mixture layer is 35% to 55%. A concentration of the lithium salt in the nonaqueous electrolyte solution is 1.2 mol/L to 2 mol/L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
