PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle molding method of a part capable of preventing thick-walled part from being molded without making two parts of a part main body and a handle part and capable of also preventing the occurrence of trouble from an aspect of an increase in cost and appearance, the part and a device. SOLUTION: When a handle forming recessed part 4 is molded on one side 1b of a plastic part main body 1 at once, the sliding direction of a mold material 6 is shifted from the normal line direction of one side 1b, to which the recessed part 4 is formed, to be set to an oblique direction. The undersurface 6a of the mold material 6 along one side 1a of the plastic part main body 1 is formed so as to be made possible to slide in parallel to one side 1a. The end surface 6b on the head side of the mold material 6 is made almost parallel to one side 1b so as not to form a thick-walled part on the deep side of the recessed part 4. The surface for forming a handle 5 is not contained in the slide range of the mold material 6 and a small projection 8 for facilitating the hooking with a finger is formed so as to prevent the end part on the side of the handle 5 of one side 1a from being collapsed or bent by the mold material 6.
