PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic compound having a high triplet energy level and glass transition point and stable for electric oxidation or reduction, electric charge-tranporting material and electric charge-transporting material composition, and a high efficiency and long life organic electric field light-emitting element. SOLUTION: This organic compound is provided by having≥2 partial structures expressed by formula (I) in one molecule and without conjugating the nitrogen atoms with each other.
