A game ticket constructed from a single matrix of card or similar which is cut and formed to provide at least two panels which lie in co-planar relationship to each other and which are joined to each other in a manner that a first panel can be rotated through 180° in relation to a second panel to lie in co-planer relationship with the first panel. Each panel has at least one face which incorporates indicia that may be obscured by a removable opaque medium. The construction is such that a panel cannot be rotated in relation to another panel without first separating a joining means between adjacent panels
