<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module small in volume and high in light emitting luminance, and to provide an optical projection apparatus using the light source. <P>SOLUTION: In the light source unit used for the optical projection apparatus, the light source unit includes a light guide apparatus, the first light source set and the second light source set. A light guide element has a light exit end and a light incident end, and also, reflection planes connected between the light exit end and the light incident end. First and second filtering films are disposed between the edge of the light exit end and the light incident end of the light guide element. The internal space of the light guide element is divided by the first and second filtering films into first, second and third wedge regions positioned between the first filtering film and the light incident end, between the second filtering film and the light incident end, and between the first and second filtering films, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
