<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretching apparatus allowing a user to take rotation exercise of the upper half of the body while forcibly stretching the spine and the muscle of the upper half body such as the waist and the back. <P>SOLUTION: This stretching apparatus includes: a seat part 4; and a side support member 10 provided to control the distance from the seat part 4, wherein the side support member 10 includes one pair of arms 10a (10b) supporting both sides of the body, and the side support member is supported to turn around a turning shaft 8 in a direction along the spine of the body when both sides of the body are supported on the arms 10a, 10b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
