PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a force conventionally applied to the stator portion by linear method and mainly consumed as resistance for a rotator by right angle method. SOLUTION: A force consumed as resistance by rotating conventional motor and prime mover reversely or rotating the fixed section and a rotor reversely is utilized for a rotator by right angle method.
