PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-solvent type silicone composition for releasing paper, wherein tight releasing is carried out at a low releasing speed and large releasing force can be given at a large positive relation to releasing speed. SOLUTION: A non-solvent type silicone composition for releasing paper comprises an organopolysiloxane containing an alkenyl group, wherein a mole number of a hydrogen atom bonded to a silicon atom to the total mole number of the alkenyl group is 1.0-4.0.
