<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise load measuring device which determines whether a subject during an exercise takes exercise under an exercise load optimum for him/herself so that each subject takes exercise with an optimum kinetic momentum depending on his/her physical strength or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The exercise load measuring device detects the exercise load of the subject by detecting the fluctuations of heartbeat intervals of the subject in an exercise state. The measuring device detects an integration value (HF power) of a high-frequency band higher than a specific frequency from a power spectrum acquired by performing Fourier transformation on the fluctuations of heartbeat intervals of the subject in the exercise state in a prescribed period of time and detects the exercise load of the subject from the detected HF power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
