PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional overcurrent detection circuit that a detected value of an overcurrent varies when a power supply voltage is fluctuated. SOLUTION: An overcurrent detection circuit disclosed herein for detecting an overcurrent flowing through an output transistor MN1 for driving a load connected to an output terminal OUT includes: a voltage adjustment circuit 15 for outputting an adjustment difference voltage obtained by amplifying a difference voltage between a voltage at the output terminal OUT and a voltage of a first power supply at an amplification factor set on the basis of the first power supply; a reference voltage circuit 14 for outputting a reference difference voltage with a prescribed voltage difference from the voltage of the first power supply; and a comparator 17 for comparing the adjustment difference voltage with the reference difference voltage.
