PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyhole cover structure for a cylinder lock, which can bring about a quality appearance, which enables a cover body to be stopped in an arbitrary turning position, and which can give a good feeling of closing operation to a user. SOLUTION: This keyhole cover structure for the cylinder lock 29 comprises: the cylinder lock 29, the one end surface 33 of which has a keyhole; a circular cover body 41 which is formed with the same outside diameter as that of one end surface 33 of the cylinder lock 29; a shaft part 43 which is protrusively provided eccentrically toward the cylinder lock 29 from the back surface of the cover body 41; a bearing part 45 which is eccentrically pierced in the one end surface 33 of the cylinder lock 29, and into which the shaft part 43 is to be turnably inserted and supported; an urging means 49 which is externally inserted to the shaft part 43 inserted into the bearing part 45, so as to urge the shaft part 43 in an inserting direction; a recess which is formed on the back surface of the cover body 41, and the inner peripheral edge of which is formed as an inclined plane on the radial inside; and a fit-in tapered part which is provided on the one end surface 33 of the cylinder lock 29, which can be fitted into the recess, and the outer periphery of which is formed of an inclined plane parallel to the inclined plane of the inner peripheral edge.
