PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communcation equipment case of a light receiving/emitting unit used for a communication system which shares a multiple remote controller for a plurality of electric equipment, and to improve an assembly capability of the communication equipment case, enahncing its mass productivity. SOLUTION: The communication equipment case comprises a hollow box type case body 40 for housing a communication functional element mounted to a base body 70 as a power supply battery storage box in an attitude variable way through a swing means 80. The swing means 80 comprises a shaft hole part 81 formed at a mounting part 71 of the base body 70, and a shaft body 82 formed at the part 47 with the case body 40 mounted. Forming a slit notch 48 at the lower case 41 of the case body 40 gives an elasticity to the part 47. The application of the elasticity sandwiches the right-and-left parts 47 by the right-and-left mounting parts 71. The notch 48 is used as a through hole for insertion of a cable 90.
