The system has concentric inner and outer spheres (1, 2), where the inner sphere is rotated opposite to the outer sphere using two rotary wheels or using rotating mechanisms. The outer sphere is transparent only for communication wavelength. A pointing, acquisition and tracking sensor (7) is provided for execution of a pointing and tracking method and an acquisition method, and an aperture lens (8) is provided opposite to the sensor, where telemetry communication between terminals is integrated in a user-data stream and adjusts counteractive measures during appearance of performance fading.
