<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress problems of forming a skin layer and increasing pressure in a cavity when manufacturing a foamed resin molded article. <P>SOLUTION: An gas permeable heat insulating member X is disposed on a cavity 23 forming face of at least one molding die 21 or 22 of a pair of molding dies 21, 22, and a foamable molten resin R is injected into the cavity 23 so as to mold integrally a resin layer of the foamable molten resin R to be formed in the cavity 23 with the gas permeable heat insulating member X. During molding it, a gas generated in the cavity 23 accompanying the foaming of the foamable molten resin R is discharged out of the cavity 23 through the gas-permeable heat insulating member X and a boundary face between the resin layer and the gas permeable heat insulating member X is made skinless. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
