PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braille display device and an automatic transaction system equipped with the same, capable of transmitting information to a user even in a device in which space of a mounting place is limited. SOLUTION: The braille display device comprises: a braille display block 2 in which a plurality of pins can be freely projected independently for each pin; a rack 3 which moves the braille display block 2; a shaft 4; and a motor 5. By moving the braille display block 2 in a state in which the braille is formed by selectively projecting pins, to a reverse direction of a user's finger tracing direction by the rack 3, the shaft 4 and the motor 5, flowing display of the braille is performed.
