PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain service life extension by preventing the damage of a recovery line from a deaerator to a condenser in a steam turbine plant. SOLUTION: The steam turbine plant is constituted to drive a turbine 18 with steam generated in a steam generator 13, to feed the steam to the deaerator 36 through cooling water piping 21 after cooling the steam which has driven the turbine 18, by the condenser 19, and to feed water to the steam generator 13 after eliminating impurities in the deaerator 36. Steam recovery piping 41 is provided for recovering the steam containing the impurities deaerated in the deaerator 36, to the condenser 19, and the steam recovery piping 41 is provided with two orifices 42, 43 at a predetermined space.
