A polyhedral sound absorbing integral extrusion type eco-wood soundproof panel is provided to maximize utilization efficiency by absorbing a great deal of noise through an opening of a main body and absorbing noise in multistage through primary and secondary resonance portions. The polyhedral sound absorbing integral extrusion type eco-wood soundproof panel includes a C-shaped main body(10) provided with an opening(12) on the front and coupled with another main body by female and male joints(18,18'), right and left compartments(15,16) formed on the right and left sides of a partition wall(20) having a curved guide plate(21) to form a rugged part(22) on the front, a sound absorber(30) inserted to each compartment, and primary and secondary resonance portions formed to oppose to each other by an interference projection(23) projected from the inside of a guide plate between the guide plate and the sound absorber.
