<p>A device for cooling a moving metal strip (1) comprises groups of nozzles arranged in parallel, adjacent, laterally-separated nozzle strips (4), with nozzle openings (7) along the strips (4) directed at the corresponding surface of (1) and connected via gas channels (6) to blowing boxes (3), and with flow channels (5) for removing the gas deflected from the surface of (1) which are arranged between the nozzle strips (4) running at right angles to the boxes (3). A device for cooling a metal strip (1) with at least two opposing nozzle zones facing the continuously moving strip and comprising nozzles directed at the strip surface and connected to blowing boxes (3) for cooling gas, with flow channels (5) between the nozzles for removing the gas deflected from the surface, in which the nozzles are grouped in parallel, adjacent, laterally-separated nozzle strips (4), with nozzle openings (7) distributed along the nozzle strips (4) directed at the corresponding metal strip surface and connected to gas channels (6) which are connected to the blowing boxes (3), and the flow channels (5) are between the nozzle strips (4) running at right angles to the boxes (3).</p> |
