PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system of high reliability and a station opening confirmation method of the radio communication system in an AVM system for taxi-dispatching. SOLUTION: In the radio communication system which has a management center and a plurality of mobile stations and employs a system of collecting information of the plurality of mobile stations into the management center, the management center has a central processing unit and a crew information database 102 connected to the central processing unit, and at least crew information about crews is stored in the crew information database. Each mobile station has an input part for inputting crew information and a display part 103 for displaying the crew information. The central processing unit 201 is configured so as to collate the crew information input from the input part when the mobile station opens, with the crew information database and inform the mobile station of a collation result.
