DAMPER ASSEMBLY FOR PRESSURE CONTROL

A damper assembly for controlling a pressure control is provided to open and to close an air flow with a small pressure difference by a mutual interaction between air pressure inside a clean room and outside the clean room. A damper assembly(10) for controlling a pressure control includes a frame(20), a pipe member(30), and a moving body(40). The frame is installed at an exhaust hole on a wall(110) of a clean room. The pipe member is inserted into a hole of a plate member. The moving body is installed in a path(36) of the pipe member. The moving body moves to the pipe member in the path between a first location and a second location. An air flow exhausted through the exhaust hole is blocked by moving the moving body downwards to the first location. The air flow exhausted through the exhaust hole is allowed by moving the moving body upwards along the path to the second location.
