<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of displaying a beautiful image by preventing an OLED from light emission due to the off-current of a drive TFT and suppressing decrease in the contrast. <P>SOLUTION: A display device has a first TFT, a second TFT, a third TFT, a holding capacitor, and a pixel electrode. One of the source and drain of the first TFT is electrically connected to a first wire, and the other is electrically connected to the pixel electrode; one of the source and drain of the second TFT is electrically connected to the pixel electrode, and the other is electrically connected to a second wire; one of the source and drain of the third TFT is electrically connected to the holding capacitor, and the other is electrically connected to a third wire; and the holding capacitor is electrically connected to a fourth wire, and the gate of the third TFT is electrically connected to a fifth wire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
