PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic processor capable of preventing the reduction in productivity even being compactly constituted. SOLUTION: The photographic processor 10 comprises: a controller 16 for controlling the operation of each component; an exposure part 20 provided on a carrier path T; a development part 100 provided on the carrier path T and at the downstream side of the exposure part 20; a reversal part 26 provided on the carrier path T and also between the exposure part 20 and the development part 100 to reverse a printing paper S; and carrier parts 28a, 28b provided between the reversal part 26 and the development part 100. The controller 16 controls the carrier parts 28a, 28b in such a manner that the printing paper S is carried at a high speed till the tip of the printing paper S reaches a position P4 between the reversal part 26 and the development part 100, and the printing paper S is carried at a low speed when the tip of the printing paper S reaches the position P4.
