PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporated fuel processing device for facilitating control of a purge flow rate. SOLUTION: The evaporated fuel processing device 10 applied to an internal combustion engine having a first port 6 downstream of a throttle valve 4 in an intake passage 3, and a second port 8 upstream of the throttle valve 4 and downstream of an intake air quantity measuring means 5, includes a purge passage 11 with one end connected to the first port 6 and with the other end connected to the second port 8. The device 10 further comprises a canister 12 disposed in the purge passage 11 to desorbably adsorb evaporated fuel produced in a fuel tank 2; an opening/closing control means 22 controlling opening/closing of the purge passage 11 on the first port side of the canister and opening the purge passage 11 in a purge period; and a first on-off valve 24 opening/closing the purge passage 11 on the second port side of the canister 12 and opening the purge passage 11 in the purge period.
