PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the concentration of ozone without depending on the reduced amount of a discharge gap in the discharge cell for an ozone generator. SOLUTION: The dielectric materials 10A and 10B are arranged between a high voltage electrode 15A and a low voltage electrode 15B, and a discharge gap 70 is formed between both dielectric materials 10A and 10B.
