PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processor without causing misregistration of a load stack collapse shape in a loaded sheet, without causing a skew when carrying in the sheet onto a loading tray. SOLUTION: The loading tray is arranged for loading the sheet by forming a step height in a paper delivery port of a paper delivery passage. A first paper delivery roller means is arranged in the paper delivery port of the paper delivery passage, and a second paper delivery roller means carrying the sheet to the downstream side in the paper delivery direction by cooperating with the first paper delivery roller, is arranged in the loading tray, respectively. This second paper delivery roller means liftably supports a part between an engaging position engaging with the sheet on the loading tray and a retreat position. The loading tray is also provided with a regulating means positionally regulating the tip or the rear end in the carrying direction of the sheet. The loading tray is provided with a grip means pressing and holding the loaded uppermost sheet and a grip control means movably controlling this grip means between an operation position engaging with the uppermost sheet and a retreated nonoperating position.
