PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of improving the durability of a game controlling member with a pressing part and reducing the risk of injury when a player presses the pressing member. SOLUTION: The game machine 1 has the game controlling member 60 for changing the game state as the game controlling member is pressed. The game controlling member 60 has the pressing part 72 which can be pressed and a protection part 76 for protecting the pressing part 72. The protection part 76 is attached to enclose at least part of the periphery of ends of the pressing part 72, and is characterized by the structure that the outer peripheral surfaces of the pressing part 72 and the protection part 76 are made substantially flush with each other while the protection part 76 is attached to the pressing part 72.
